Channel Support Coordinator
Phantom Screens, North America’s leading provider of retractable screening solutions, enjoys a staggering 98% satisfaction rating with its customers and has the largest independent network of retractable screen distributors in North America. Phantom continues to enjoy exponential growth and in support of an ongoing demand for our products we are adding two Channel Support Coordinators to our team.
Based at our Abbotsford facility, the Channel Support Coordinator provides support, primarily over the telephone, to our National Retail Sales distributors and customers. Exceptional communication skills are a must to facilitate liaison with a variety of individuals in resolving time sensitive issues. A high level of attention to detail and accurate keyboarding skills are also vital in this role, as are a professional and positive disposition with the ability to maintain composure in an environment that is subject to constant interruptions. Familiarity utilizing an ERP system and knowledge of order fulfillment procedures are desirable.
